Flip strategies involve purchasing under value, completing refurbishments efficiently and selling at full market value for a profit. Each strategy is only used if the project fundamentals and exit routes make financial sense.

No. We buy properties in any condition, including those needing full refurbishment or modernisation. You do not need to repair or upgrade anything before selling.
