How do you protect investor capital?

Investor capital is secured against a real property asset and deployed only into projects with strong fundamentals, realistic refurbishment costs and clear exit strategies. Each project includes full documentation and regular updates.

When is my money returned to me?

Capital is normally returned at the refinance stage once refurbishment is complete and the property is secured with a new buy-to-let mortgage. This is a standard UK investment exit strategy and only used where numbers fully support it.

What types of property strategies do you offer?

We work with several strategy types including Buy-to-Let, Buy–Refurbish–Refinance (BRR) and Flip projects. Flip strategies involve purchasing under value, completing refurbishments efficiently and selling at full market value for a profit. Each strategy is only used if the project fundamentals and exit routes make financial sense.

How quickly can you complete a sale?

We can complete as quickly as 2–4 weeks depending on your circumstances. If the property is not mortgage-ready or needs work, we can use alternative funding routes to maintain speed and certainty.

Do I need to fix or clean the property before selling?

No. We buy properties in any condition, including those needing full refurbishment or modernisation. You do not need to repair or upgrade anything before selling.

Will your offer change later in the process?

No. Once we agree an offer and confirm the numbers, the figure remains the same unless an unexpected legal or structural issue emerges that nobody was aware of. We do not use last-minute reductions or hidden fees.
